Not resolved

Solar City / Tesla replaced some panels and didn't have the final inspection done by the city. I was told, over a month ago, that it would be taken care of... It was not. I am now wrangling with the city about an Ordinance Violation not of my own doing. (ie- the Permit is now expired)

Getting in touch with someone on the phone is difficult, since their wait times are long on the main phone number and I haven't been able to get a callback from anyone through eMail.

The one guy I got on the phone seemed to be from Technical Support with Tesla Motors and transferred me to the wrong phone tree, thus necessitating starting the call all over again...

Just a bit frustrated here.
