Since Tesla took over Solar City, you cannot get in touch with anyone in Customer Service. Solar City used to be fairly dependable, especially if you had a problem.
But I am trying to get a question answered on a contract with them, and every time I call, the recording says my wait time is 50 minutes. The reality is they do not plan on answering my call, and I am stuck. Very disappointed in the lack of honoring customers.
Whenever a customer needs an answer or needs questions answered by billing department, BEWARE, you will not be able to get through. Disgusted and disappointed, I will never use them again.
