SolarCity - Worst Customer Service
4 months ago a representative from Solar City came to my house and said that my system was faulty. The service person went up on the roof and determined that my solar panels were not functioning properly and that they would have to be replaced.
Again that was four months ago. I still get my monthly bill from now which is Tesela demanding their monthly payment, but I don't have any Solar Power? I have tried to reach them by their phone number and get put on hold by a recording for hours and never an answer. I have also tried by Email and the only reply I get is that my system is faulty check my monotor system.
Still no answer as to when I will get my system back up and running. With out solar I now have two pay the high price of electricity from southern California Edison. I am on Social Security and I can not pay Solar City and Edison both.
Solar City needs to be accountable for their actions! Harold Waltz, Rancho ?mirage, California

Having a similar problem the sales person don't want to speak to me or my spouse he gives us a nasty attitude this is going on for two years his name is Ariel Tejada and he so called email is ariel.tejada@***.com he is the so call sales representative.
